If you're returning by mail, follow these steps so we can process your return quickly. If your return is the result of a Tacoma Screw error, we cover the shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

So we can process your return without a receipt or packing list, please write a brief letter that includes:
- Your name
- Account number, if applicable
- Order number
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- When, where, and by whom the purchase was made
- Reason for the return
- Purchase price of the item(s)
- Whether you'd like an exchange, repair, refund, or bankcard credit
Items we cannot accept for return
