Located on a 9.17 acre site just north of the Tacoma Narrows bridge, our Gig Harbor branch is a hybrid facility, part regional retail store, part fully automated distribution and fulfillment center, and the operational backbone of every order we ship.
Every part on every shelf at every branch passes through here first.
Built on the former site of the Gig Harbor Athletic Club and opened in 2021, this 90,000+ square foot facility was designed from the ground up to support our growing footprint across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, with Utah on the way in 2027, with throughput, accuracy, and speed engineered in.

Our automation system was designed and built by Dematic North America, one of the world's leading providers of warehouse automation. The system uses goods-to-person picking technology that brings inventory directly to operators at high-volume workstations, dramatically reducing pick time and walking distance compared to traditional warehouses.
The result is a facility that processes orders faster, ships them more accurately, and supports a level of service we couldn't deliver from a manually-operated warehouse, no matter how big.
